I recently had to visit my local pharmacy and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about my prescription. I was particularly impressed with how efficiently they managed what seemed like a busy day, ensuring everyone was attended to. The layout of the store made it easy to find what I needed. As a long-time customer, I have always appreciated the reliable services offered at this pharmacy. The team is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers. Recently, I had an issue with a prescription – it was supposed to be ready for collection, but there was a mix-up. The staff were quick to resolve the issue and even offered to deliver the medication to my home, which was a lovely touch! I also enjoy the range of health products they stock. However, I do think that their opening hours could be more convenient, as they don’t seem to fit around typical working hours. Despite this, I always leave with a smile, knowing I can trust them with my health needs.
